Unfortunaley we don't have enough people booked on this weekend to be able to go ahead and have today (19th January 2009) officially cancelled this event.
For the 20 people that have booked a full refund will be issued by Butlins direct - we are just awaiting a time scale for this and a letter will be issued from us with all the details.
We are really dissapointed that we have had to cancel and have made the decision that the March event will not be included in future years. Maybe it is just too soon after Christmas?
